  • Must be a Qantas Ski Club member
  • Strictly limited to 20 participants
  • Deposits must be received by Tuesday 05 December
  • FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED by Monday 15 January.
  • Unbooked rooms MUST be released on Thursday 14 December. After this date availability can not be guaranteed, accommodation may not be in the same location and may be at a substantially higher cost.
  • Booking refundable if cancelled PRIOR 05 December.
  • 20% fee if booking cancelled BETWEEN 06 and 31 December.
  • 50% fee if cancelled BETWEEN 01 and 04 February.
  • 80% fee if booking cancelled BETWEEN 05 February and 24 February.
  • NO REFUND after February 25 unless resulting vacancy can be filled.
  These fees are imposed by the Organiser, not the Qantas Ski Club, and therefor not flexible.
