The Qantas Ski Club has secured fabulous accommodation in Whistler Village for our 2019 International Ski Trip.

Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites is situated in the heart of Whistler Village, just steps away from world class skiing, shopping, dining and so much more.  Spacious beautifully appointed resort suites offer first-rate amenities including a full kitchen, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, guest room entertainment featuring 55' Smart TV's, a gas fireplace and an in-suite washer and dryer.  Unwind by the heated outdoor pool with indoor access, work out in the 24hr gym or indulge in mouth watering on property restaurants; Hy's Steakhouse or Brickworks. 

The walk from the resort is not far from the base of the Village Gondola, however they have a free shuttle to the base.

Price includes seven (7) nights accommodation at the Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites in apartments, return transfers from Vancouver and one team dinner. 

Costs: 

$1600 p/p sharing

Twin/couple share in 2 bedroom room ( 1 x Queen, 1 x twin )

(max 4 people per 2 bedroom apartment)

Accommodation:

• Two bedroom apartments 
• • Main bedroom is a Queen bed (only) with en-suite,
  • Second bedroom has two singles
  • The suites are self-contained, with separate kitchen and dining facilities and a lounge room with gas fire. 
  • There is a main separate bathroom
• One bedroom apartments - We are looking at a limited number of one bedroom apartments The one bedroom apartments are not confirmed at this stage. 
• • These contain two single beds with a separate bathroom
  • The suites are self-contained, with separate kitchen and dining facilities and a lounge room with gas fire. 

If you register as a single you will be allocated in a twin room in the two bedroom suite.  If you’d like to be considered for a one bedroom apartment if they are made available, please indicate on the booking form when you register.  They will be a bit more expensive per person, as it is a whole apartment twin share, approximately $50 more per head.

If you want a room to yourself, you will need to pay the price per couple. Once the Queen room allocation has been exhausted you will be required to pay 2 x single price.

If you have a medical condition that may affect the comfort of another person if sharing a twin room, and if you have not spoken to that person about this condition and gained their approval for their sharing of a room, please inform the Qantas Club Ski trip organiser.  Your privacy will be respected.

Lift Tickets:

• Lift tickets not included in price but note EPIC pass covers lifts in Whistler Blackcomb for 10 days is (can be non consecutive).
  

• The transfer from Vancouver to Whistler by bus will leave from a central location in Vancouver on the 28^th February. 
• If you need accommodation the night before this will be at your own expense, details to follow upon booking.
  

Deposit and final payment details: 

• $420.00 per person due upon booking to secure your spot. There are limited places.

• Payment details on the website, payment through Qantas Ski Club QUDOS bank account is preferred.

  • After you have made the payment send an email to Skiclub@qantas.com.au with a screenshot of your payment so it can be manually processed and your payment recorded.
    
• Final payment due 10^th January 2019. 
  
• The deposit is non-refundable and full final payment will be requested in the case you cancel, unless cancelled places are sold to another member prior to the final payment due date. 
• Cancellations after final payment has been received are not refundable, unless your place can be sold to another member. Travel insurance therefore is your own responsibility and highly recommended
• The Qantas Ski Club cannot be held liable for cancellations.

Canada Electronic Travel Authorisations:
